Calvin Consulting Group Ltd. is a growing air quality, emissions and pipeline risk assessment consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. The company was founded in September, 2000 and for the first five years, the founder, Ann L. Jamieson, worked on a number of small projects for a select group of clients. In 2005, with the influx of interesting and challenging projects, the decision was made to hire additional senior consultants who could then assist in hiring and training several young scientists and engineers in an effort to expand the company.

The company is currently comprised of more than 25 atmospheric scientists, dispersion meteorologists, emissions engineers and administrative personnel. The majority of the company's projects are related to the oil and gas industry and power generating industry in Alberta and British Columbia. However, Calvin Consulting has also successfully completed projects across Canada and in more than ten other countries around the globe. To manage the growing international business, a separate company, Calvin International Consulting Ltd., was formed in July 2008.
